The location was ideal, just a short stroll to the train station! 🚶‍♂️ The bed was comfy, but the room felt a bit cramped for two. The breakfast selection left much to be desired, though.

Rooms are small, but excellent location and lovely amenities make it worthwhile.

Room space felt tight, lacking a safe for valuables and sufficient hanging space for clothes. Limited TV channels only provided Japanese programming. The check-in machine had issues with foreign credit cards, causing manual check-in for some guests. No public bath available, which would have added a nice touch to the stay, but overall manageable.

The location was perfect with easy access to the train stations and a bunch of food options nearby. I loved that there was a laundry room, and the TV even showed washing machine availability. The Mister Donut downstairs made grabbing breakfast super convenient!

Additionally, I found a stain on the bedsheets, which was a bit disappointing. The self-check-in machine could be improved, as it didn't accept my foreign credit card, resulting in a manual check-in process. Despite these hiccups, the overall stay was comfortable, and the location really made the trip enjoyable.

Our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn was excellent. The connecting rooms were ideal for my family, offering enough space and comfort. The service was outstanding, and everything was impeccably clean. The location near Nagoya Station and shopping areas made navigating the city easy. Dining was a pleasure, especially with the affordable and delicious Yakiniku restaurant, Yakiya, just across the street.

The dryer in the hotel was quite small and took a long time to dry clothes.
